The idea that fueled the creation of Pandora Entertainment was pretty simple. Studios and broadcasters in the webcam modeling industry are nothing new, of course. But we asked ourselves the following question, “If someone could imagine the perfect studio in a perfect world, what would that look like?” We came up with lots of ideas and then looked around to see if any of the other studio sites fit the description we came up with. The answer was a resounding no.
Our picture was pretty simple. We don’t like to use kitschy slogans like, “go above and beyond for the models”. Everyone says that, and some people make an honest effort to do that. We take a simpler approach. We show up on time, we do exactly what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it, and we treat our models fairly.
We view our job as being the best in the industry. If we weren’t, then we could never justify asking someone to choose to work for us rather than another company. So we set the bar high and decided to really kick ass. Year by year we get a little bit closer to our mission.
